POSTCARDS FROM EREWYEHVE

Andy Abbott is an artist, writer and musician who came from West Yorkshire to Istanbul by the Gasworks  International Fellowship program to Istanbul, where he developed a research project called POSTCARDS FROM EREWYEHVE during 5 weeks. By distributing printed postcards around certai parts of the city and preparing www.erewyrehve.com, he invited to a postcapitalist utopic world. Abbott presented his project at 4 of  February at PİST///, during 3 days exhibition, he is offering to exist that project by completing the postcards. The project and website , which is in both Turkish and English,  invites you to ponder life as if you are a member of the Erewyrehre society, and take a step closer to this postcapitalist utopia.
